We wanted to keep you updated with the situation at TentSpares.
We remain open for business as usual and will continue to process your orders for as long as the Government allow us to do so.
Orders are being dispatched as usual and we continue to have a daily collection with Royal Mail and FedEx. Delivery times may vary due to the current situation but we are working closely with our couriers to monitor the situation and will do our best to keep you informed should any issues arise. We're trying to do our part to protect our delivery drivers as well as you so please leave a note with a safe place for your driver to drop your parcel.
We have limited the amount of staff on site at any one point which will allow us to work in isolation with no risk to the public. Any deliveries or collections will be made to the hallway with no physical communication necessary. Visitors will not be allowed to enter the building beyond the hallway until further notice. Any customers making order collections should pay beforehand or with a contactless method of payment.
We are still taking your calls but please be aware that we may be unable to answer your call quite as quickly as we would normally like. If you are struggling to get through on the telephone line then please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org where your email will be answered within 24 hours.
